Drug company Sanofi Pasteur lists autism as one of many potential side effects possible from it's DTaP (Diptheria, Tetanus & Pertussis) vaccine. It is listed in the vaccine insert. Please note that 'post-approval" means that these reactions were supposedly reported after this vaccine was approved for use on our kids. Awesome, huh? Pretty convenient too if you ask me.
Here's the specific language: Adverse events reported during post-approval use of Tripedia vaccine include idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, SIDS, anaphylactic reaction, cellulitis, autism, convulsion/grand mal convulsion, encephalopathy, hypotonia, neuropathy, somnolence and apnea. Events were included in this list because of theseriousness or frequency of reporting. Because these events are reported voluntarily from a population of uncertain size, it is not always possible to reliably estimate their frequencies or to establish a causal relationship to components of Tripedia vaccine.
For the entire insert online, check here. The above portion is from page 11.

I feel it is possible that this is the vaccine that hurt my dd but I can't be certain. I did not keep good enough record. We also got the mercury filled flu shot in that first year so hard to say. Just so sad...
